We have openings for full-time and part-time positions and are willing to consider candidates who wish to work from home. We work as a cross-functional team and prefer candidates who are generalists and can perform a variety of production functions. Ideal candidates will have experience in several of the following areas:
- Production management (including team building, preparation of budgets and timelines)
- Project management (including project/application design, administration, and tracking)
- eLearning and training development (including learning objects and SCORM compliant courseware)
- PHP, JavaScript, HTML development (including database applications)
- Macromedia Flash design and development (including ActionScript)
- Creative design of websites, training materials, user interfaces and navigation schemes
- Illustration and graphic design
- Web server management (Apache, MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP, mail servers, etc.)
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, PageMaker, InDesign and Acrobat, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, HomeSite, Captivate, Breeze and Director, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Project, Visio, Quark Xpress, Apple Final Cut, Sound Forge, OutStart Trainersoft
