LIMITED WARRANTY

1.	WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER? This warranty covers manufacturing defects in your new i-dapz Active Eyewear System™. The system has been thoroughly tested and inspected before shipment. The lenses are made from high-grade, optical quality Transolite™, providing superior impact resistance, durability, and 100% UV protection, and they are coated to maximize scratch resistance, but SCRATCHED LENSES ARE NOT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
2.	HOW LONG DOES COVERAGE LAST? For all components of your i-dapz Active Eyewear System EXCEPT the blank optical adaptor lenses, this warranty lasts as long as you (the original purchaser or gift recipient) own your i-dapz Active Eyewear System. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your i-dapz Active Eyewear System. For the optional optical adaptor ONLY, coverage terminates upon modification or alteration by an optician or anyone else.
3.	WHAT WILL ABOUTFACE DO? AboutFace will replace any defective component of your i-dapz Active Eyewear System. You will not be charged for replacement components but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective component to AboutFace and for a processing fee of $9.95.
4.	HOW DO YOU MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM? If a defect develops in any component of your i-dapz Active Eyewear System under normal use, send the defective component along with a check or money order for the processing fee of $9.95 via insured mail, postage paid, to: i-dapz Eyewear 6960 Eastgate Boulevard Lebanon, TN 37090
5.	WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER? This warranty does not cover scratched lenses, loss, or components that have been damaged by abuse, misuse, or accident. Also, this warranty does not cover any damage to the optional optical adaptor that arises subsequent to modification or alteration by an optician or anyone else.
6.	WHAT DAMAGES ARE AVAILABLE? Damages for breach of any written or implied warranty on the i-dapz Active Eyewear System are limited to replacement of defective components. ABOUTFACE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE i-dapz ACTIVE EYEWEAR SYSTEM. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
7.	HOW DO I GET INFORMATION ABOUT LOST COMPONENTS? Replacement information is available at www.idapz.com or by calling Customer Care at 1-800-383-5009.
8.	HOW DOES STATE LAW APPLY? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
